Our technology consists of a laser-guided bridge saw and two Park Industries Pro-Edge IV. When countertops are manufactured using professional machinery you can expect perfect edge profiles, natural high polish and a beautiful finished good.

We meet and exceed the standards set by the the Marble Insititue of America, the authoritative source of information on standards of natural stone workmanship.

What makes our finished goods better?

Solid Stone uses a laser-guided bridge saw to cut slabs and two Park Industries Pro-Edge IV for edge profiling. Our installation teams are in-house so our quality is consistent and executed by accountable team members.

What is the difference between fabrication by hand and using a Park Industries Pro-Edge IV?

Hand methods result in uneven fabrication, bumps and a dull polish. Wax is used to give the edge a temporary shine that will diminish within weeks. This is not recommended for home improvement projects where an edge profile will always be on display.

A Pro-Edge IV machine produces a professional straight edge and ultra high polish that never dulls. Because the polish is done by machine it is natural and will last forever.
