Granite Prices

Beware of companies installing pre-fabricated granite from China.  Pre-fabricated granite is low-quality granite used for commercial applications and is not recommended for home improvement projects.

We only fabricate and install premium granite from reputable stone suppliers like Daltile, IMC, Arizona Tile & Walker Zanger. We encourage our customers to view and hand-pick their slabs at one of their locations.

When comparing estimates make sure everything is included.  Some companies will advertise a low price per square foot but will charge mark up fees for cook top cut outs, faucet holes, edges, delivery, radius, sinks, drop-in cut outs, etc.

Option 1:  If you provide the Granite Slab(s) (best option for builders, remodelers, etc.) :

$25 / Sq.Ft. - Includes: Fabrication, Installation, 8 Free Edge Options, Free Cook Top Cut Out, Free Leveling & Free Sealer Application.  (Does not include Granite Slab)

Options 2:  If we provide the Granite Slab(s) (best options for homeowners) :

$35 / Sq.Ft. - Includes: 3CM Granite Slab (18 Group One Color Options), Fabrication, Installation, 8 Free Edge Options, Free Cook Top Cut Out, Free Leveling & Free Sealer Application.

Options

           $149 - Stainless Steel Undermount Sinks (18 Gauge)

           $150 - Polished Undermount Cut

           $3/Sq.Ft. for Tear Out, Demolition, & Removal of Old Countertops

* If you choose a drop-in sink there is no fee for the cut out. If you do your own tear out there is no fee for the tear out.

What is not included?  We do not provide plumbing, electrical  nor appliance installation services. References for these services are available.

How much are Group 2, Group 3, or Exotic Colors?  Prices for Group 2, Group 3, and Exotic Colors vary within the group so there is no fixed price these groups.  Please let us know which color in particular you are interested in and we will provide you with the price. (all Group One Colors are $35 / Sq.Ft.)

Why are your prices so competitive?  We do everything in-house, from the cutting, fabrication, to the installation & sealer application. This ensures a reasonable price and the same great quality in every installation.
