Option 1:  If you provide the Granite Slab(s) (best option for builders, remodelers, etc.) :

$25 / Sq.Ft. - Includes: Fabrication, Installation, 8 Edge Options, Cook Top Cut Out, Leveling, & Sealer Application.  (Does not include Granite)

Options 2:  If we provide the Granite Slab(s) (best options for homeowners) :

$35 / Sq.Ft. - Includes: 3CM Granite (18 Group One Color Options), Fabrication, Installation, 8 Edge Options, Cook Top Cut Out, Leveling, & Sealer Application.

           $149 - Stainless Steel Undermount Sinks (18 Gauge)

           $150 - Polished Undermount Cut

           $3/Sq.Ft. for Tear Out, Demolition, & Removal of Old Countertops

* You can provide your own sink, if the sinks is drop-in there is no fee for the sink cut out, and you can opt to do the tear out yourself.

What is not included?  We do not provide plumbing, electrical, nor appliance installation services. References for these services are available.

How much are Group 2, Group 3, or Exotic Colors?  Prices for Group 2, Group 3, and Exotic Colors vary within the group so there is no fixed price these groups.  Please let us know which color in particular you are interested in and we will provide you with the price. (all Group One Colors are $35 / Sq.Ft.)

Why are your prices so competitive?  We do everything in-house, from the cutting, fabrication, to the installation & sealer application. This ensures a reasonable price and the same great quality in every installation.
